Who We Are
Auba is a premium student accommodation brand with three purpose-built residences in Zone 1 Central London: Auba London City, Auba London Holborn and Auba London Strand. All Auba residences sit within walking distance of London’s leading universities, including King’s College London, the London School of Economics and University College London.
Auba is a brand by Dominus; a family-owned real estate and hospitality group whose London portfolio includes hotels operated in partnership with Hilton and Marriott.

Our Story
Premium amenities and social spaces are now expected. A gym, a rooftop, a cinema, co-working space - these spaces have become the baseline of student accommodation. So the question we started with wasn’t what to build. It was what students actually need from the place they live.
The answer is support. Genuine support. Students today carry pressures previous generations didn’t. What they need is support that meets them where they are - practical, human, and available before it’s asked for. Not a list of a handbooks.
Auba is designed to give students time and space to make the most of their journey. To explore, grow, and figure things out at their own pace. Nobody arrives at university with their whole plan resolved, and we’ve built Auba on the assumption that they shouldn’t have to.

Hospitality DNA
Auba is delivered by Dominus, whose London portfolio includes hotels operated in partnership with Hilton and Marriott. Auba applies that hospitality discipline - warm welcomes, attention to detail and exceptional service, to student living.
The Derby
The Derby London City, Curio Collection by Hilton is a 234-room hotel located at 5-10 Great Tower Street. The hotel’s name, inspired by the iconic bowler hat known as a “Derby”, pays tribute to a symbol of British style, its location in the Square Mile and the building’s history as a bank.
Lost Property
Located just steps from St Paul’s Cathedral, part of Hilton’s Curio Collection. Built behind the restored 1885 façade, it combines historic architecture with modern comfort. The interiors are inspired by London’s hidden stories, featuring commissioned artwork and illustrations that reflect the city’s heritage.
The Dixon
The Dixon, part of Marriott’s Autograph Collection, is a 193-room hotel created from a Grade II-listed Magistrate’s Court and police station in Tower Hill. The adaptive reuse of the building preserves its historic character while introducing modern hospitality and design.
